I had recently ordered a DreamCake tin, but unfortunately it was not up to the mark. The product was overpriced, and yet I ordered it as a gift for someone who loves this cake. However, it did not match what was shown on your Instagram posts. The top layer was completely soft with no firmness, and the taste was also disappointing.

What made the experience worse is that I already shared this feedback on WhatsApp, but no one has even seen or responded to it. This is really poor customer service and very disappointing for a brand I expected...
