Disappointed with the Declining Quality and Service
I was initially a big fan of this place. Their chicken used to be of good quality, reasonably sized, and priced at ₹299, which felt fair. I even traveled 7 km just to eat there! However, once they gained popularity and secured a customer base, everything changed.
Now, they serve smaller chickens, and it seems like they use additional creams or additives. Their shawarma has also changed—it’s more like a mini masala roti rather than an authentic shawarma. On top of that, they have increased their prices and even started charging GST separately, making it even more expensive.
The worst part is their service. The person handling payments was extremely rude and arrogant, lacking even basic customer service skills. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in both food quality and customer treatment.
I used to love this place, but now I wouldn’t recommend it. It has become overpriced, low-quality, and...
Read moreI had the worst experience with them. It is the last order I'm placing with them. Food was very cold and lacked taste. Afghani chicken tasted nothing like afghani but a bland tandoori chicken. Garlic chicken was like a glue. While ordering they said it will come with a gravy. I didn't know they meant glue by that. Momos had more taste of flour than chicken. It didn't have momos chutney either(who eats momos without a chutney 🙄). Honestly, spoilt my dinner night with family. For uptown customers I strongly suggest not to order from here unless they have a kitchen in uptown, otherwise you'll have a similar experience.
P. S: For people giving 5 stars here are very probably the friends and family members whom every business reaches out the very first for...
Read moreHave you seen the open drain passing just near the eatery and the smell emanating from it? That was the first put off. The sitting area wasn't even clean. They don't bother cleaning the floor. Bits of food lying on the floor was another put off. All the time I sat inside, I kept an eye on how the staff was washing their apron, towels and other things in the sink nearby and how they didn't even bother to clean their hands with simple soap afterwards. One of them took the broom and cleaned the floor and then went straight to the working area to make shawarma. Remember, people would love to pay a bit more if you serve them hygienic food. Never ever going there again. First time became the only and last time...
