BIZZA Café Heritage — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I went there with one of my friends for brunch and I must say this place is amazing specially the terrace area is a whole sunset vibe. Of course spacious place with beautiful beautiful interior if you are into photography this place is perfect. The whole staff is amazing and how they serve you not only food is exceptionally good. They ask you if you are comfortable, is food up to your expectations, is there anything they can do to improve about. The whole staff is amazing. Coming to the food which is pretty good over there but what I personally don't like is the place holds a limited menu. I ordered Pizza and tandoori, pizza was not that good but ya tandoori was pretty good. .Pretty good space for birthday parties or family brunchs. .Amazing place if you want a sunset view. .Limited menu. Food not up to the mark. service is very slow. Weren't even offered water. Would only recommended this place for a good view, so only go during the daytime and order bare minimum so that you can take a few pictures. The below order took nearly an hour to arrive Pizza - too cheesy and no taste of the base sauce. The cheese was quite hard and every bite felt like I was about to choke due to the quality of cheese. Cold coffee - too strong and the milk was not chilled Fries were just about ok. But the cheese version isn't good. Kababs were just bare minimum okay to eat. But was not soft and juicy so keep that in mind Soup - too thick and quite salty.

Definitely not going here again and wouldn't recommend others either Strictly only good because of the view they have. Two stars only given as the waiters were good and view is nice, as a dining(food) experience i would give it a 0. Ive had way better food at home run...

First of all, if i could i would had not even give this cafe one star. Literally its zero star place. The service is extremely poor with tastless food. It's not worth even a single penny. More than money, it's a complete waste of time. They took more than an hour to serve a roll even when there was no one beside me. Futher it's their routine to apologize for the inconvenience due to "malfunctioning of certain equipments" i have visited this place a couple of time now, as its near my work place, every time they serve disappointment and nothing else. The behavior of the staff is quite good but they do nothing apart from being polite. I would recommend people to never visit this place.
