I visited their restaurant on 14th of January 2023. I ordered VEG meal-3 that includes surprise burger, pizza, fries and coke, and I paid them Rs. 405 for the veg meal. They served me non-veg pizza and when I asked them that this seems to be non-veg they said me that you should tell us you want veg meal. As it was clearly mention in their pamphlet for non-veg you have to pay Rs. 25 extra. It means that they will blame you for their mistake and they are also not regretting for giving a non-veg meal to vegetarian. The cashier doesn’t have basic manners how to deal with customer, when I gave him Rs.500, so he returned me change by throwing it on the counter. I was with my wife and we felt very discomfortable when two young guys were starring at girls who had come here for dinner. I didn't see any interference of manager in this matter. They remained silent while the victim herself answered to the disgusting guy. Eve teasing is crime and we should hate it and never support it. I request the owner to look into the matter and make this place safe for everyone irrespective of dress coding.

Otherwise, Grill In is India's very own casual dining fast food chain which has 250+ Outlets Across India. I am writing this review while sitting at Grill Inn Hazratbal, the service is not good. Staff doesn't care about the customers at all. I ordered coca Cola and I was served Thumsupp, while enquiring about the same they argues that it is coke. I have been drinking coke for more than a decade now and I know the taste. Mango delight is just a common 20 rs drink served in a plastic cup and costs 99. Everything would have been better if they would have talked with us. This is not the first time we had complaint.
