⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Hygiene, Service & Food Quality

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Burger King outlet in Karta, Jammu & Kashmir on 2nd July 2025, between 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Here’s what went wrong:

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff – The store manager and team mocked me and smiled sarcastically when I raised genuine concerns. Completely unprofessional behavior that caused mental distress.

Card machine was not working – They offered no help or alternative for payment.

AC not working – The outlet was hot and uncomfortable. When I mentioned it, the staff simply denied the issue.

Horrible hygiene –

Washroom was filthy and not cleaned.

Floors were dirty.

Flies were everywhere in the dining area – highly unhygienic!

Low food quality – I ordered 3 meals and 2 extra burgers, and to my shock, I found hair in both burgers.

Fries were soggy and stale.

Missing order marked as delivered – I never received one of my orders (Order ID: #1062), but it was marked as “completed” and “picked up.” When I asked, the staff laughed instead of helping. I request management to check CCTV footage.

Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Burger King. For an international brand, these standards are shocking. I urge the company to take strict action and improve conditions at this outlet...

Last week, I dropped by the Burger King outlet at Katra, Jammu with my brother, and I must say — it wasn’t just a regular visit, it was an unexpectedly refreshing one. The atmosphere was clean, vibrant, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the excellent service, especially by one of the staff members, Diksha.

She personally recommended the Berry Blast and the Chocolate Shake, and wow — both turned out to be absolute game-changers! The Berry Blast was the perfect mix of tangy and sweet, and the Chocolate Shake was rich, creamy, and a total mood-lifter.

But let’s talk about Diksha — her professionalism, polite nature, and genuine smile made the visit so much more memorable. It's rare to see someone who not only knows what to suggest but also makes you feel like the suggestion was made just for you. She’s got this calming energy and charm — and I’m not sure what was sweeter, the shake or the one who recommended it. 😉

Burger King, you've got a star on your team. Looking forward to my next visit — who knows, maybe for another flavor... or just another conversation. This is all for your dedicated member diksha & i appreciate your service...

I have been to numerous burger king n multiple number of times But this branch at katra just won my heart Ohk the question must be whats different since the menu is same D fact is the staff n hospitality The staff greets you with a pleasant jai mata di n believe me they are so accomodating They will guide you just right as they know you are a tourist here for blessings of maa vaishno devi Its quite huge with an upstairs seating as well The washroom was well maintained Situated at a great tourist point Right next to katra bus stand We ordered through online app but paid at the counter We took a cold coffee combo and a vanilla softie combo Softies r definitely a great dessert I just fell in love with the coffee Strong n right amount of sweetness with proper thickness.. frothy n yummy And well within the price Can be compared to any other giant coffee outlets

At the last a big thanks yo all the staff for being so warm as anyone who comes through that door and enters does look for a pleasant experience in this journey N BK certainly serves that...
