Cleanness can be improved. Service is very slow . The staff really need to be trained to handle the customer and meet the standards of hospitality industry.

After landing from New delhi found this shop just opposite to airport exit gate. When I ordered for tea which is available in their menu the guy in the red t shirt refused to offer. He was forcing to go for the large one. The reason he gave me was he can't make the recipe for small cup which is of 20 rs. Customer satisfaction is 0 here.
