A very pathetic place to visit and a complete scam in the name of lounge access. During my visit here i was taken a back as the server said that I will get Poha and a beverage, to which when i asked for bread n butter he said that it was not an option as I have to choose between a Poha and bread n butter. That too you cannot ask for second serving as they will not provide In regards to beverages you can only get 1 either tea or cold drinks. You cannot get both. So essentially you waste your Quarterly count of lounge access for a shitty service and the most terrible rude staff that you can get in the whole world. I would recommend anyone planning to visit please use the sleeping chair outside gate 5 with a bought up food items as it is 1000% better than this lounge. Also hygiene is terrible.
