I recently visited Haus, a small pizza place in Srinagar, and I had a wonderful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The owner was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The highlight of our visit was the delicious pizza we ordered. The taste was exceptional, with the perfect combination of flavors and fresh ingredients. Despite arriving late around 9 PM, the owner kindly prepared a delicious pizza for us. We truly appreciated the effort and dedication to providing excellent service even during closing hours.

Furthermore, the owner went the extra mile by helping us arrange a taxi to ensure our safe return to our accommodation. This level of care and assistance made our experience at Haus even more memorable and enjoyable.

An absolute gem in Srinagar, this place is a one-man show led by the incredible owner Azman (hope I got the name right) - a true perfectionist who ensures every guest leaves with a 5-star experience. The food here is simply outstanding.

We tried the chicken momos, the Italian job pizza, country-fried chicken burger, and the gourmet veggie burger. The burgers, especially, are a must-try. The gourmet veggie burger was a standout - featuring a unique lotus stem patty that was both innovative and delicious. The momos were juicy, generously sized, and full of flavor.

What truly impressed us was the freshness of the ingredients , the iceberg lettuce in our burger was freshly plucked, which blew us away. As Delhiites, we were genuinely thrilled to find such top-notch food quality and attention to detail in Srinagar.

We ended our meal with a robust espresso shot and a cold coffee with a dash of hazelnut, both of which were excellent.

Today one of my cousins orders a pizza (chicken blast) from haus. If I’ll talk about the condition of that pizza, it was the worst one ever. The crust was so hard like a person should have to break it with so much of force and energy. The cheese was so bad and instead of chicken blast thr were only 4 tiny cubes of chicken into that pizza. Now it’s a quite understandable thing that we didn’t like that pizza. hen we called them and complained about the food that provided us instead of understanding and accepting thr fault we don’t know the person whom we contact was the owner/manager/delivery guy he literally shouted at my cousins and believe me they are minors. Thr behaviour with costumers is horrible. They said you people are one of those who like the food from low class places.
