KFC — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I have been enjoying KFC since long and enjoying atmosphere of every store. However, from past few month, I have observed a rude behiavour from one of your KFC store which is in greater kailash, jammu. Being a customer, it is my right to ask for discount as well as customization whereas staff can politely deny it. However, I have been continuously being insulted with arrogency as well as rude behaviour from Mr. Sarat guin which is not acceptable. So, I decided to write a review on it after being humiliated multiple times.

Apart from it, I am loving eatables of KFC and will continue to visit all the stores near my vicinity.

The quality of food being served is going down with each day passing, good is served raw and cold. Also to maintain their timelines they mark the orders as ready but take another 10-15 minutes to hand it over to customers. While some items in the delay get cold and are not fit for consumption.
