KFC — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

Very beautifully and well done a place but I must say the service is pathetic and atrocious. Why I say this is because they have clearly mentioned in their restaurant with a large screen. Very clearly written that if your order takes more than seven minutes, it is supposed to be free,

However, I went there today and ordered a chicken biryani which was served to me after approximately 35 minutes

I then told the staff available on the counter that as per the poster you’re supposed to be giving me this biryani free because it is taken approximately 35 minutes. However, they said they cannot do that. It is the instructions from above I did tell him no problem. I will surely apprise their higher ups and inform the same for which he agreed that I am free to inform

That is the reason why I say the service is pathetic and they can’t keep their words

In case anyone is planning to go, please keep a question gap of 35 to 40 minutes just to get your order and 20 minutes of meeting time. Therefore that means approximately one hour gone
