🤮🤮🤮 They don't even clean their plates, cutlery and glasses properly and please don't go their if u want to have malai champ ❌Pls Don't Even Try❌ Me and my FIANCE went to The G.T.R. in Palm Island Today. We went there coz we liked the ambience. First thing we noticed that their plates were not cleaned properly we tried to clean the plates by our own and the result is in the picture. We pore water in the glass and found out that there was something inside both the glasses and glasses were not cleaned. The water got wasted and 1 bottle's price was Rs 125. We got pissed off and told everything to the manager they changed the glasses still they charged Rs. 125 for that wasted water. We ordered hakka noodles and malai champ. Hakka noodles was good we both liked it. But then they gave us "Malai Champ". Malai Champ was not roasted it was boiled and there was no salt at all. The manager came and asked if he can take it with him to check, we got agreed. Then we waited nobody came with the solution. Then we asked for the bill everything was included we didn't wanted to make a scene their and we didn't wanted to get more frustrated so we paid the bill and came out. Please don't go if you don't want to spoil ur mood. When we went there it was 95% empty there was no customer and now we know why. 😖😉 I don't recommend anyone...
Read moreI visited this restaurant with my family. It is located at the Food Court floor of Palm Island Mall. It is well spacious place, bigger than Pirates of Grill and Barbeque Nation. I visited on Friday. It very sparsely crowded, might be because we arrived bit early. Staff was well mannered and very courteous. Food was well served and finely cooked. Appetizers were served, they were both 'Dahi items', Crispy Spinach Leaves and Chaat Papari. Snacks were served at sufficient intervals, not like Barbeque Nation or Pirates of Grill, where your Barbeque is overloaded with them. We had fish, chicken and prawns. Buffet was very elaborate, well cooked and yummy. We only indulged into veg dishes. Sweets were good. We tried gulab jamun, moong dal halwa, rasmalai and rasgola....
Read moreOne star for nice decor and ambience and another star for the warm service offered by the staff. Food is not so good in terms of taste. It definetly has an elaborate menu ,but unfortunately doesn't taste great. Till starters experience is good .But the moment you go on to pick main course...the experience goes for a six. Poor choice of music played all the time around adds on to the negative experience. The deserts are too bland. Shahi tukda seems frozen in cold. Rajmah served are worst in taste.chicken biryani is ok Over all it's a good place to eat if you don't care for the taste. There are definetly other better...
