The Grandstand (Best Restaurant & Sports Bar) — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I visited Grandstand with my friends. It is situated on the 5th floor of Palm Island Mall. I found it some how difficult to locate it in the Mall, as it is not on the floor which has the food court, as I used the main elevator which has no signboard on the 5th Floor to confirm its location. There is separate elevator for Grandstand but I missed it somehow as I parked my car in lowest level of Mall Parking. The atmosphere of this Sports Bar cum restaurant is great, I liked it. There is no such place in Jammu. I liked the snacks that we ordered. My friends enjoyed one round of Pool Game. I found restroom congested. They could have been bigger. They were clean by the way. The space for sitting is also ample. Separate area for kids also catched my eye. Bar Counter is big. DJ room was given special touch. I would say 15% discount for Defence, Paramilitary and Police personnel is awesome.

I think this is my longest review. But I found Grandstand to be that...

Warning: Spoiled food Visited Grandstand for the second time while we are at Jammu, however this was the Sunday afternoon for lunch... Ambience and service is undoubtedly good, However it was well evident that we were served Stale and Old chicken and from 4 snacks we ordered, only crispy corn was Okay... even momos filing was not fresh...

On our complaint, staff as a good gesture did not add Chicken dish on our bill and were apologetic, but that didn't help to prevent from spoiling our joyous afternoon with friends. We had left a quater of food unfinished as it wasn't tasty at all... Also, mocktail tasted like cough syrup and served in a plain Martini glass without any decor/ presentation over it.

The Agony dint ended there, we all four couples had an upset stomach that afternoon and...

We ordered a pizza from forno pizzeria and we placed our order on the phone and asked them whether the outlet is in channi? They confirmed regarding the location and we ordered 2 pizza's amounting 900 and we paid them through google pay. When we called them again regarding the pizza being ready... they refused and told us that they are talking from talab tillo grandstand... I told them to place the order in forno channi as the outlet is their's only... they refused to place the order and inreturn dismissed the call and didn't had the courtesy to call or order on their other outlet.... Tooo shitty and disgusting... Even they didn't even return the money... Hope they had a great pizza party by spoiling our's especially...
