Downtown Rooftop Cafe — Restaurant in Jhansi

The resturent was one of my fav...me & my friends used to visit your place on weekdays sometime but ur staff did a very cheap thing with one of my friend they charged 300/- for a glass broked by mistake acutally cost 30/- and your staff was so confident while charging the penalty as they were confident asking about the orders and the bill....Dear owner of DOWNTOWN CAFE how can you be so irresponsible about your staff i thought that it is one of the class place in the town but just because my friend was with a girl they took advantage of this ur staff did this to him how cheap your staff is and we got your reply that you want to refund him it was kind of your but the thing is not about the money 300 is not a big thing dear and we can understand that u have no idea and you were not involve in this show but belive me you losed customers who used to suggest everyone about your place this is so disgussting we always enjoyed your place and just wanna tell your staff Guys...

Place is best and food was also good and everything was perfect and in the starting by mistake I broke a glass it fell from my hand and at the last the person who was on the counter and 2 of the waiters were standing over there they asked me to pay 300/- for that glass as a penalty and that glass actually cost around 30/- and I payed them 300/- but the topic is that dear downtown cafe owner you have did a big loss of yours just because of the cheap thing you're staff did with me you lossed a customer who used to visit atleast 5 times in a month and every month I used to spend more than 4000/- at your restaurant and if we calculate 50000/- approximately....so u lose 50k year and I promise uh I will never check-in at your restaurant after this incident...300/- was not a big thing for me and one thing more What I think is that you even don't know this incident and if you know this then...

If I recall correctly, the cafe is located on the 3rd floor. The open rooftop theme is chosen wisely and fits well . The ambience of the place is good , I specially loved the music 🎵 which made the place lively. This cafe allows you to order from a variety of food available in the menu. The taste was amazing. DOWNTOWN's special shake is recommended. Pricing was between moderate to slight expensive. The location is accessible except for the fact of it being at the 3rd floor.
