Arabian Delight — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I had a really pathetic experience at this restaurant. We had to wait for almost 10-20 mins before getting a table, which is fine, given there was a lot of rush at the restaurant. After finally getting a table, we had to then wait for an additional 20 mins to just get the menu. On top of that, there was no glass to drink the water from and after pointing it out to the waiters, they gave us disposable glasses. Mind you, this is a restaurant where the average price of the food per person is around ₹300-₹400. Later, they gave us glasses but they all looked different, which looked very awkward. After ordering the food, it took like 30-40 mins to reach our table after calling out the waiters multiple time. While ordering, we also asked the waiter to pack a dish to go but they ignored it and when I finally asked the waiter for that, he said that I should've told him earlier, which I did, and denied my request. After paying the final bill, they somehow had a change of heart and decided to pack the dish to go. Overall, the experience was truly miserable and the food was even more disappointing. I would never recommend anyone to visit...

Disgusting Experience at arabian dine

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid [Arabian dine] at all costs. Our recent visit was a nightmare, with rotten food that left us severely food-poisoned.

The Order We ordered the [Chicken Tandoori Mandi, & AL Faham Mandi.], which arrived looking suspiciously off. The smell was overwhelming, and the taste was vile.

The Aftermath Eating that food was a huge mistake. Within hours, we were both experiencing severe stomach cramps.

The Restaurant's Response When we contacted the restaurant, they seemed unconcerned and dismissive. No apology, no offer to replace the meal or provide a refund. Unbelievable.

The Verdict failed us in a major way. With so many great dining options available, there's no reason to risk your health and well-being at this place.

Recommendation: Avoid this restaurant...

I recently visited Arabian dine with my friends, and we had a very disappointing experience. Before entering, we specifically asked if vegetarian options were available, and the staff assured us they were. However, after placing our order, the staff informed us that vegetarian dishes were actually not available at all — only non-vegetarian food was being served.

This was very upsetting, especially since clear communication is important when it comes to dietary restrictions and personal choices. It wasted our time and left us with no proper meal option. I hope the management takes note and ensures the staff provides accurate information to customers in the future.
