Let me start from the beginning, It was 8th of December, My Birthday 🥳

We had reserved a table for two, The timeslot for dinner was 7pm. We were given a seat near near the Drinks section, Which didn't feel like an ideal place to be seated, but utna chalta hai,

They handed us a water bottle, Asked what was our preference between Veg and Non-veg, and enquired whether we had any allergies or not (many people are allergic to seafood especially shrimp/prawns)

We opted for the Non-veg, They next brought over the grill with heated charcoal and started serving us the skewers with

STARTERS: 1.chicken 10/10 2.fish 9/10 3.mushroom 10/10 4.pineapple 10/10 5.paneer 8/10 6.prawns 10/10 etc

Also we got Chicken Drumsticks 10/10

Along with that they also gave us aloo tikki with sauce(delicious) And some crispy sweetcorn.(also delicious)

In drinks we had 1.Virgin Mojito 9/10 2.Some peach drink (can't remember the name) 8/10 3.And some orange drink 10/10 (super delicious)

Three of them costed around 250₹

After eating about 25+ skewers of delicious starters Now it was time for

MAIN COURSE: The thing with me was I was already in a food coma to begin with. I didn't think I would be able to eat anymore, Par himmat karke I got up and headed to the main course counter,

There were varieties of options ranging from noodles, soups to biryanis , mutton, chicken curries, fish curries etc.

I took a large plate( which was apparently really heavy) Scooped some of my fav 1.Chicken Dum Biryani 2.Butter Naan( which you have to order from your table) 4.Butter Chicken etc etc

DESSERT: We ate Kulfi, gulab jamun, watermelon etc

HOSPITALITY: (this amazed me )

So what happened was The dum Biryani was a bit salty for my taste buds , The staff regularly asked after a few intervals if the taste was good, do we need to make any changes(they ask during starters too)

With a smile, they said "Sir wait for a few minutes, we'll get you a fresh plate of biryani according to your preference"

This kinda hospitality made me smile.

Also with a special request we also ordered fried prawns (tempura) , but unfortunately we couldn't finish it as we were too full( sorry)

It was really a great experience.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION: They brought me a birthday cake, played a song in the background and clapped. I felt like a school kid. It was kinda embarrassing, but utna chalta hai.

BILLING: Here I felt it took a few minutes , As the staff was overwhelmed with all the customers, I wouldn't complain.

The total for us was almost ~1900₹

After the billing they asked for the feedback and it was all smiled after that.

We had pathetic experience at ranchi. We had booked a table for 5 person through its app and the time slot was 1:30 PM. It was 23rd january 2022, my family members and I were very excited to celebrate my brother in law's birthday. Since weather on this date was not good and it was raining heavily and we were coming from singh more so we got late and same was informed to barbeque nation as well that we will be late by 30-40 minutes due to bad weather, they agreed. We reached there at 2:10 PM and they told us table is not available so they can't accommodate us till 3 PM. As I was with my family so I found not to argue with them and I booked from another number for 2:30 PM and called them around 2:20 PM about availability then they said they have table available and we will not have to wait. when we went to receptionn at 2:30 PM, we got the table. I told to my family members to sit and meanwhile I went to reception and asked about the reason why they didn't accommodate us just 10 minutes before even though they had table available. They were giving vague reasons, I just asked them is it mandatory to book the slot online, if we came here, you had table available then there is no point to return us. If I had have not come with my family members then I would have preferred other restaurant rather than coming here. I have gone to many other branches of BBQ but lalpur branch lacks variety too and taste is also not as good as BBQ standards. Overall very disappointing experience and will prefer other restaurants over it specialy at ranchi. Later on manager came to us and apologized for this act but as I said we went there to have fun, for enjoyment, for celebration in that scenario no one wants to experience...
