Hotel City Palace — Hotel in Jharkhand

Though the location is in the heart of the Ranchi City. But i was dissapointed with the service and facility provided by the hotel. There was no light inside the bathroom. Bathroom was very dirty. I insisted to change the room but they denied. There is no room service, no one will be there in reception at night so in case you drinking water you will not get after 9 PM. They send a drunk person to our room for asking for any help. The hotel is not open 24 X 7. Hotel staff should maintain the rooms, clean them on daily basis. The hotel does not...

Stayed for a night for business trip. Most painful experience. Booked a "Deluxe AC Room". Where AC machine is there for a show. Manager knew that AC was not working however he didn't do anything. After office checked into the hotel late night. No phone in room. Dirty wash room. Full of insects in the room. Can't be a deluxe AC room.Not recommend. However other staffs are friendly. Stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights. The room was decent and mostly clean. The service is almost non-existent. Had to ask for a cup of tea 3 times before just giving up and heading out to drink. The TV in the room didn't work. The power kept going out during our stay.
