Chicago pizza — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I first ordered a non-veg pizza from this restaurant on Zomato and was completely blown away with the taste of their pizza. So, thought of reaching directly out to the restaurant to order the same pizza that would otherwise cost less. But to my disappointment, i found the toppings were less every so slightly. And it didn’t melt into my mouth as it did when first ordered from Zomato. A bit disappointed.

So, I think the restaurant still is awesome with quality food but given the premium price they are charging on their menu, they have work cut out to popular brands like PizzaHut and Dominos maintaining the consistency of quality and quantity of their food.

Service is below average since they don’t have any staff to cater to the customers. The space too is not big enough to accommodate more than 4-5 people in comfort. It’s cramped. So, gave three star for “space”. Average.

Atmosphere and ambience too was somewhat-average. There was no soothing music playing. No plants, greenery or arts on the wall that gives a soothing appeal. Some decorative rope lights and light strips etc could also lift the mood of the customer. They were missing too. So… they need to work on interior of the shop given the kind of service they offer. Ambience and atmosphere matters a lot. Therefore average rating for “Atmosphere” too.

Lastly, it would be better if they could offer service on a larger radius as to not completely depend upon Zomato and Swiggy. One downer of both of these platforms is that they have an exorbitantly high service charge. I personally, don’t like ordering food from Zomato and Swiggy often. Once I get to know a good restaurant, I try to order food directly from them and save money on the same order.

I’d still recommend this restaurant over many other local...

I bought paneer makhni tikka pizza and it was wastage of money and taste as well.The base was 3rd class bread with a very little amount of cheese with raw paneer and so called pizza sauce over it..And they call it damm "Paneer makhni tikka pizza" at the cost of 349.Rediculous.I was waiting since a long for its inauguration and now regretting for the same..There quality and taste of pizza is so down that I've started hating pizza now.I suggest people to avoid visiting utterly...
