I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at this store today. I came in hoping to purchase pizza at Domino's but I left feeling frustrated and disrespected due to the shockingly rude behavior of one of your salespersons. When I approached a staff member for assistance, they were dismissive from the very beginning. Their tone was condescending, and they seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Every question I asked was met with an impatient sigh and a short, unhelpful answer. It was clear from their body language and attitude that they considered me an inconvenience. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. A customer should never be made to feel unwelcome or like a burden. While I was initially excited to make a purchase, this terrible experience completely ruined my desire to shop here. I chose to take my business elsewhere, to a place where customers are treated with basic courtesy. I strongly urge the management to invest in proper customer service training for their staff. Until then, I cannot recommend this...

Worst experience of Domino's Pizza . I came 12 kilometres to buy 12 regular pizzas so that we all can enjoy together nice hot pizzas. I ordered online to takeaway pizzas . The staff said that they can't give me hotbag. It took 1hour to reach my place but untill then the pizzas were cold as stone all tasteless.

They talk about customer delight but can't make arrangements to provide hot pizzas at home . They also didn't have delivery at my place at officer's colony at munidih.

They were not even ready to take security money for hotbag and refund it when they were returned . They way I was treated so arrogantly as if I were some servant. I will definitely not visit it next time
