I would give negative ratings if there was option here. Terrible experience. We almost 15 people went there after reservation. As starter we ordered soup and other kebab items, first the soup came 3 hours late and also they delivered the wrong soup. We ordered manchow they gave hot n sour. Taste was terrible. Half of the starter didn't arrive till 10 pm so we had to cancel everything and leave as our institute gate closes atfter 10. The place is poorly understaffed, unexprinced staffs to handel even a small group of crowd. I am a hotel management student and I know how it feels standing near the gas but it doesn't mean that you will serve anything to the guest. Someone visits the restaurant to have relax and enjoy good quality of food. But the food served here is pathetic. In Dhanbad there are many more non veg restaurants that serve much better than this. Me and my room mate decided to have some refreshments searching high rated restaurant and went to this restaurant and ordered full jhatka chicken biriyani,jhatka chicken handi and jhatka mutton handi and virgin mojito.Foods were tasty to some extent but in the midst of eating a long curly hair was found during chewing of my room mate.. immediately he rushed to wash basin and vomitted 🤮🤮 Such kind of unhygienic food is unexpected guys in a 4.7 rated restaurant...please think before going guys if you want to have such thing in...
