KFC — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Personally i am a big fan and regular customer of KFC as a brand but this perticular store is pathetic if given oppertunity i would never ever visit again and i would also strongly advise ppl to avoid this place. Staff - highly unprofessional, untidy and rude no cleaning staff at all right now i am eating on the table where previously 2 ppl had already finished n gone yet leftover are still on table.

Food - food are always cold and chn taste as it has been prepared a day before.

Cleanliness - always dirty and in complete mess.

The kfc here matches no standards of the original KFC. Maybe the staff should get a better training at the recipe. They're not making the usual KFC menu properly. I've been to KFC ranchi and KFC kolkata previously and they are amazing. KFC Dhanbad should understand that if it keeps fooling the locals in the name of a popular brand, very soon shall people stop going there. I hope these reviews are read by the staff and the franchisee owner. Look no hard feelings boss. Middle class families are the usual ones to attend u. If u don't give them quality, then why...

Hi I m Raju paswan I m from dhanbad I m visited k.f.c dhanbad ozon gallaria mall the restaurant was very meet and clean they all are in uniform and maintain very well decipline I m ordering a leg pice of bucket hot n crispy the was very hot and test is very crispy all is very well and they serve me in 1 minute afert ordered place me all services is good and very well so I rate the restaurant 5 star for this and I m also visit the restaurant with my family also they like k.f.c chicken and the test of chicken also reminded me old days...
