Hot Lips — Restaurant in Jharkhand

it was Saturday afternoon, brother came from Kolkata, so an immediate plan was made to lunch outside but near by due to time constraints, so hot lips was a natural choice, but was little hesitant as had not gone there for long time, but my daughter had not tried that place, so decided to give it a try, got place on arrival, ambience was okay, ordered boneless butter chicken for daughter n mutton Rogan Josh n butter nan for us with green salad...

apathy started after that, wait time was about 40 min, really not acceptable 😒 the twist was that our order was served to a veg family n that created 😳 a scene, any ways after the longing wait our food arrived, butter chicken 🐔 was okay, but mutton Rogan Rogan Josh was noway near its name.

all in all not a good experience 😕 not my pick for a family catch up lunch..it would b worth to travel to a good place for...

My recent visit to Hot Lips left me with a sour taste, both in my mouth and in my experience. The food lacked flavor and quality, starting with the poorly marinated and undercooked chicken tandoori. When I complained, the staff's explanation that every place has its unique taste was puzzling.

Even the chicken kadhai was bland and when they tried to fix it, they overdid the salt. The naans were disappointing too. To make matters worse, they sneaked extra items onto the bill, like three extra naans. I realized this later, but when I asked for a refund, they first agreed and then backed out, leaving me frustrated.

The restaurant's reputation has suffered due to tasteless food, unhelpful staff, and dishonest practices. My experience at Hot Lips was far from satisfying, and I wouldn't recommend...

Nice place .food was tasty ...I liked murg masallam here but still they can improve and try and match it with Birsa food plaza at Ranchi railway station,as I find the taste best there . Also chicken dum Biryani was not good ..overall I would say they have a variety of items in menu so a lot to explore ...you may always visit there and people staying in doranda or in Hec or further can always stop by as this is a good resturant on the way.

Also resturant should look after their AC as it is not effective at all corners on the...
