Pizza Hut | Old HB Road, Spring City, Ranchi — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I went there in the evening with my brother. I simply order a Classic Chicken Pepperoni and Onion pizza (regular) as takeaway.

The staff member took my order, and without informing me, he simply put chicken sausage on my pizza instead of pepperoni! I got to know this when I opened the box in my car.

I went up to enquire. The staff member then told me that he didn’t have pepperoni! I asked him why he didn’t inform me earlier, to which he answered that he’d already taken the order!

The problem isn’t the unavailability of the food article, but the sheer attitude of hiding information just to ensure that nothing goes wrong. PizzaHut is a professional organisation and such behaviour is not acceptable. Unfair! Don’t recommend...

It was a family get together and this place was long overdue as I have not visited this place before . However my kids are regular there.Location and ambience of this restaurant is very nice. Here veg and non veg both is available. I liked cheese garlic bread , classic corn and the regular stuff there. First time I was served 1 litre water bottle AQUAVESS from the makers of PepsiCo priced about RS 50/litre. Most of their contemporaries use RS 20.00 bottle but they normally charge very high. Everything is good about this restaurant Maida , white flour made food I don't recommend regularly should be a weekend affair.Overall I give them 4 star and they r still far...

Very bad experience ! They only charge tax heavily in Jharkhand... But quality of food they serve in Ranchi is very poor! Tasteless pizza.. Chewy garlic bread.. And running pasta.. This is what they served us... I couldn't eat anything.... However they offered me to replace the garlic bread... But I was sure that they will bring same thing... very mediocre in taste...they should learn to make pizza first... And if they can't keep proper stuff... They should close down the outlet... Instead of fooling people... I would not recommend anybody to visit...
