KFC — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Problem I faced 1 FOOD QUALITY, it's been 4-5th time i order the food and some of the chicken give off bad smell which is clearly means the chicken has started spoiling 2 SERVICE, the staffs members are rude, I experience it once while taking a takeaway order, I also once tried calling them regarding the food giving off bad smell but no response. Also once, I did a late order around 10:45 pm the order was conformed but the food never reached me thankfully it was cod so my money was saved.

Pls if the chicken give off any bad smell(sometimes is hard to notice) or u feel unusual taste it's better not to eat it, it's not worth it!! I also order today(27/11/24) and 2 out of 4 leg piece had bad smell and different taste, I had to throw it. I'll also like to mention that all my order are done on official kfc ordering app, it rare for the chicken to smell bad but compare to outlet in like nucleus mall, or the new Ranchi mall, IT'S MORE FREQUENT IN THIS OUTLET and it is setting a bad experience for kfc customer. Honestly I have never experience bad chicken from outlet like the nucleus mall or the Ranchi mall ONLY THIS OUTLET HAS DONE IT AND NOW IT MORE FREQUENT, the only reason I order form here is because this is the only place under 5 km and the app show only this place. PLEASE DO SOMETIMES ABOUT THIS! And be careful while ordering and eating form...

Probably the newest branch of kfc in the city, but sure is the worst branch by far in terms of service. Filled with amatuer and lackadaisical staff who will take forever to just place orders of the one infront you and yours as well, wont know the difference between a debit card and meal card and will deny to accept it straight away and when they are out of fries they will just ask you to pay 20₹ extra to add a popcorn chicken instead of offering to replace it free of cost. Oh and dont bother asking for the manager coz if you're unhappy with what has happen in here she won't be available to come and address your trouble.

It looks clean and tidy now but with the way the staff functions here i doubt it...

This restaurant is such a let down. I've given it a chance multiple times now, and every time they make their food disgustingly bad. The Chicken Popcorn and the Fries, when you eat them, they taste hollow and oily. I'm not sure as to what quality of oil this particular restaurant uses, but it itches your mouth and leaves it completely dried out. That is so bad. The Zinger burgers were a shock! They just put two buns with a chicken piece and two onion slices in between. I'll even attach a picture of that. The restaurant should be inspected thoroughly for safety.
