PAPPU JI PARATHA WALE — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Today, I went to the shop to purchase some hot jalebi in the evening, I asked the lady sitting in the counter, is it hot? She said multiple times, yes it is and even said, I won't lie. She was quite aged. I relied on her words and without tasting purchase 15 pieces, but when I went to hotel and take a first bite it was cold like it was prepared in the morning. I was really disappointed, how they can lie and sell goods, in front of Lord Shiva & Ma Parvati as because of them they are only earning, otherwise no one will come to this place. When I went to return she replied rudely that this is only I can get and didn't return my money. I left over 14 pieces of my Jalebi and told them u have it. Surprisingly, after sometime I saw the Jalebi, I returned they are selling it again, as when I left over those, there was none in the counter. Pathetic service, food quality is also not so good. In Chola Batura, only Batura is fine, there is no Chola at all. Dal no salt, Vegetable tasteless. I will suggest avoid this, at the same price you can have food at a better place, just opposite....

Paratha taste good and vegetable taste is average. Service is not upto the mark. We tried Chhole Bhature, paratha, roti and sweet lassi. Prices are reasonable. Located near the east gate...

The location is convenient and the place itself has potential. However, I was not fully satisfied with the hygiene standards and food quality. There's definitely room for improvement...
