The Dugout Jamshedpur — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Dugout is one of the most trending places in Jamshedpur right now.

The ambience of this place is really great, except the lounge area with red sofas, which is extremely shady. The open area is beautiful and even the view is pleasant. It's a great place to be if the weather is windy. It's a good thing they have 3 different sitting areas giving an option to people with different liking.

The food served here is wonderful. The absence of Non-veg does disappoint a lot of people, but the veg options are absolutely wonderful, specially if you consider them fact that it is in Jamshedpur. None of the items which I have tasted have disappointed me. The same cannot be said about drinks. The shakes are pretty average. They are a little too sweet for my liking. Also, they are not as thick as you would like it to be. The hookah is undoubtedly the best you can get in town. They have all the bases and all the flavours you could want. Unlike Oakwood, he hookah doesn't ever choke.

The staff is a mixed bag. Sometimes they are extremely friendly, sometimes they are confused. But overall it has been a good experience. On one of my visits, remembering the fact that I didn't like the shake on my last visit, the waiter brought me a good thick Kitkat Shake on his own. Though it was still too sweet, the gesture was really unexpected and made our experience even better.

I didn't know Jamshedpur is full of surprises. This place is amazing and you must visit this and we can my review there. But for those of you who want to know inside out here is a detailed review.

The place have a more than average ambiance. Why so? Because a few college kiddos also come here both from NIT and XLRI and they play loud music. Other than that it is a roof top with cool breeze in a good weather so 4/5.

The service is prompt. The staff is so friendly, professional and helpful. I left a large tip for the person waiting for us. This is something which I didn't expect to be honest.

And then the food. Oh man, oh man. What good food and good times I spent here with bunch of my friends. Their tandoori chicken is a must must try. It was so good we ordered it twice. Their pizza and pastas are made to perfection. And their drinks on top of that.

It is so easy to recommend to visit this place that whenever I am in JSR next, I am visiting this place.

Service was decent , reasons for saying decent : Order turn around time is quite high although there was no rush as it's Monday evening. 2.No normal water 💧 is available ,you are forced to buy the ₹10 mineral water bottle at ₹30+5% gst ( ₹31.5) which is quite unfair. 3.After waiting for more than 27 mins for a single dish ( hot chocolate with brownie and icecream ) , the taste was something wierd specially the nuts that was used was like too old and foul smell & taste was there . 4.If you ask for status of ordered food ,the waiter will say 5 mins bs , but that's scam 😂 it's actually 15 mins.

Coming to pricing thing : The menu items are overrated 🤣 I am only talking about the food items , drinks me apna expertise nai isliye out hun av k liye 🤣
