Extremely poor service and rude behavior by staffs. We went to have dinner on the eve of Durga Puja. Although there were empty tables for 4 and 6, we were asked to accommodate in table of 2 for 3 people. The reason being they want only group of 4 people or 6 people for empty tables. Apparently 3 people are not good enough for them to provide proper/fair service. However when it comes to levy charges for the service, it is ought to be equal for all customer groups/sizes. I somehow tried to accommodate with my parents. But later the service went a notch upper. No waiter came and attended the table for more than 15-20 mins. Subject to such bad and rude service we had to leave the restaurant midway without having dinner and yes the staffs were perfectly ok with that because "hey who cares for customer size of 3 on a Durga Puja eve!", Totally makes sense, isn't? That's how big service brands are made? PS: we left the restaurant midway after paying Rs 55/- for a bottle of water. Thanks a lot Zafran for your impressive service. We vow to never...

In Dayal international Zaffran is a restaurant's name. Today on 25th july we ordered Hyderabadi paneer and tawa roti. Paneer was either synthetic paneer or soya paneer. Bill amount was 450/- for a sabji and 5 tawa roti. I confronted the staff who had no answer. I have been frequenting this restaurant from 2010... Now we have decided to dump it... Never go to...

The ambience is good and is a great place to hangout. The Staffs are polite and would not disturb you unless called for. Feel free to walk in with a loved one for a good time.
