In general there food is good, but this is the third time I went there was disappointed with the overall experience.

Service: Very poor, inert and rude behaviour by the staff. Was really disappointed about this. Even he served in very rude and poor way.

The staff/owner not sure, at the payment counter was also rude with his behaviour.

Payment: I paid using Swiggy payment, didn't understand why they made me pay the discount applied by the hotel. Anyways you're getting your billed amount. Why should I payback your discount provided by restaurant's end.

Taste is good. That why, I travelled this long for the third time. I travelled around 12 kms for your restaurant just for the taste, despite some best restaurants of ranchi being in my locality. Unfortunately this visit left me...

Worst restaurant in ranchi...spoiling the name of ranchi ...when you order anything, the promise in 15 min to table...but more than an hour is not a big surprise.

Too costly..

THEY HAVE PASTRY POINT IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT...TYE PASTRY WHICH YOU SEE IN DISPLAY FOR 40₹ , THEY WILL CHARGE YOU LATER FOR EATING 70₹ , ALSO WITHOUT INFORMING YOU....AFTER YOU EAT, THEY WILL INCLUDE IN THE BILL.

ALSO THE QUALITY IS PATHETIC.....THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1* STAR.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE.

STUPID RESTAURANT....BY LOOTING CUSTOMERS,YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR THIRD CLASS RESTAURANT TO A FIVE STAR HOTEL...YOUR POLICY...
