A Delicious Chat Experience! I recently visited Aagra Chaat and had the pleasure of trying their Palak Patta Chaat and Dahi Chatka Tikki Chaat.

The Palak Patta Chaat was absolutely delightful! The flavors were well-balanced, and the palak (spinach) added a lovely twist to the traditional chaat. It was crispy, tangy, and utterly delicious.

The Dahi Chatka Tikki Chaat was also good, but it didn't quite live up to the standards set by the Palak Patta Chaat. However, the dahi (yogurt) and chutneys were fresh and flavorful, and the tikki (patty) was crispy and well-seasoned.

Overall, I enjoyed the food and flavors at Aagra Chaat. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable.

Suggestions for improvement: Consider tweaking the Dahi Chatka Tikki Chaat recipe to elevate it to the same level as the Palak...

This is a good place for chat and all the items are as best as it could be as we hear that the famous chat is of delhi and they have their best taste in the chat i agrewd with it but really this is the best place where you found as or better taste of chat then the delhi it is in the city when we entered city by the jalori gate we will found this shop at Jodhpur so go and get the best taste of your chat qki dane dane pe likha hai khane wale ka name toh jao toh apne name...

Situated in the heart of Jodhpur city, this place is inside jalori gate, one can easily reach by car over there (avoid cars during rush time). This place offers variety of snacks (चाट) like paani puri (golgappe / puchke), dahi papdi, palak chat, aloo tikki etc. there's also an item called Ghevar Chat that's a specialty of this place.
