I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep.

The food served was delicious with a variety of options, both local and international. Room service was prompt and efficient. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance and cleanliness maintained throughout the property.

Special thanks to the front desk and restaurant staff for their courteous service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel yesterday with my 3 months old baby. because of heavy rain we decided not to drive in night. Me and my family were sitting inside room and suddenly hotal owner visited us and started fighting with us every Mr. Sharma started disobeying me and asked to close room doors. Food is way expensive 100 rs rice is very small bowl and they don't allow outside food restaurant closed at 9:00 and in such heavy rain we requested there staff members to allow Zomato delivery. I recently stayed at Mandore Gateway, and unfortunately, my experience as far from satisfactory. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff argued with me without any reasonable cause. When I requested to use the roof area to sit and relax, they not only refused but also removed the chairs from the roof, making it impossible for me to enjoy the space.
