Ramdev Dosa Corner Ratanada — Restaurant in Jodhpur

I recently ordered a Masala Dosa from Ramdev Dosa through Zomato. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was secure and tidy, keeping everything warm and intact upon arrival.

The dosa itself was quite good. It was crisp on the outside, with a soft and well-spiced potato filling inside. The flavors were on point, and the portion size was satisfying for a single meal. The dosa had that classic South Indian taste, which felt comforting and authentic.

The sambar that came along was also good—warm, flavorful, and not overly spicy. It had a nice consistency and included soft vegetables, which added to the experience. It complemented the dosa really well and definitely met expectations for a South Indian meal.

However, the major letdown was the coconut chutney (giri chutney). It had a very off taste, with a sour and slightly unpleasant flavor that didn’t go well with the rest of the meal. It seemed either poorly made or not fresh, which was disappointing. A good chutney can really elevate a dosa meal, so this pulled down the overall impression.

Despite the chutney, I would still consider ordering again from Ramdev Dosa because the dosa and sambar were worth it. But I sincerely hope they work on improving the quality of their chutneys, especially the giri chutney, as it’s an essential part of any South Indian dish.

In conclusion, if you’re ordering from Ramdev Dosa, you can expect a tasty dosa and good sambar. Just don’t keep high expectations for the chutney based on this experience. Hopefully, they take feedback seriously and make improvements, as the rest of the meal...
