My recent visit to Utsav Restaurant left much to be desired. Despite the hefty bill, the quality of the food was shockingly subpar. We ordered a variety of dishes, hoping for a culinary treat, but what arrived was far from appetizing.
The portions were miserably small, barely enough to satisfy a child, let alone an adult. Each plate seemed like a tease rather than a meal, leaving us feeling hungry and cheated. The taste was equally disappointing—lacking in freshness and flavor. It was evident that corners were cut in sourcing ingredients, resulting in a bland and unmemorable dining experience.
Adding insult to injury was the exorbitant bill we received at the end. The prices were unjustifiably high considering the dismal quality and quantity of the food served. Paying such premiums for what essentially amounted to glorified snacks was utterly disheartening.
Service, too, left much to be desired. Staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, showing little concern for the obvious disappointment of their patrons.
In conclusion, Utsav Restaurant fails to live up to its reputation and pricing. For those seeking a satisfying meal that matches the cost, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This establishment is a prime example of how high prices do not always correlate with...

I recently dined at Utsav, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The presence of hair follicles in the food was not only unappetizing but also a serious hygiene concern. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, their uncooperative and rude behavior left much to be desired.
The staff's lack of willingness to address the issues and their dismissive attitude was disappointing. It reflected poorly on the overall customer service. The ambiance failed to create a pleasant dining atmosphere, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with my visit.
Even more disheartening was the management's reluctance to listen to customer concerns. A restaurant's success is built on a foundation of customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this fundamental aspect seemed overlooked during my visit.
In light of these issues, I cannot recommend Utsav to others, as my experience was marred by subpar hygiene, unprofessional staff behavior, and an uninviting atmosphere. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements for a better dining experience...
Read moreI stopped off at Utsav Restaurant on the way to Narsinh Mehta lake. Utsav Restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of Prisam shipping/business complex pretty much in the centre of Junagadh.
It was pretty early for lunch and the restaurant was virtually empty, so there was no problems getting a seat. As usual with Indian restaurants the waiter was over eager to get my order and I had to ask for a few minutes to go over the menu. Eventually I went with a mutter paneer, rice and a lassi. The mutter paneer was very tasty and I could really taste the freshness of the ingredients until the spiciness became overwhelming and started making the taste. The lassi tasted more like buttermilk and about as thin.
The waiter again is overeager on sending me the billing not limited not long after eating the last bite of my rice. After which I was presented with a bowl of warm water to wash my hands.
Overall, I enjoyed my meal. I hate the usual overeager waiter who fail to give patrons a bit of time to get their meals at a relaxed pace. The prices here are mid range, but I didn't think it was...
