I recently visited MRA Restaurant in Pazhyangadi with my family, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by several disappointments, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the uncomfortable dining conditions.

Upon arrival, we requested to be seated in the air-conditioned area, especially given the intense summer heat and the fact that we had young children with us. To our surprise, the staff refused our request without providing a valid reason. Their demeanor was not only unhelpful but downright arrogant, which was both surprising and disappointing for a restaurant of MRA's reputed standard.

Forced to sit in the open area, our lunch turned out to be an ordeal. The soaring temperatures made it nearly unbearable, particularly for our kids. The lack of proper cooling and shade exacerbated the situation, making it a thoroughly uncomfortable and unpleasant dining experience.

In terms of food, while MRA is known for its culinary offerings, the enjoyment of the meal was significantly diminished by the adverse conditions and poor service. It's disheartening when the quality of service doesn't match the quality of the food.

Overall, our visit to MRA Restaurant, Pazhyangadi, was a letdown. The management needs to address the attitude of the staff and ensure that all customers, especially those with children, are accommodated appropriately, particularly during the harsh summer months. Experience at MRA Bakery & Restaurant

MRA Bakery & Restaurant is well-known for its inviting atmosphere and delicious offerings, but my recent visit was a mixed experience. The ambiance of the place was undoubtedly pleasing, with its elegant decor and cozy seating arrangements creating a welcoming vibe. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by a few drawbacks.

The restaurant was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful meal. The bustling atmosphere, while indicative of its popularity, made the service feel rushed and impersonal. Adding to the disappointment, the food portions were noticeably smaller than expected, leaving us feeling unsatisfied despite the quality of the dishes being good.

Parking was another major concern, as the establishment lacks adequate space to accommodate the high number of visitors. The struggle to find parking added to the stress, particularly during peak hours.

While MRA Bakery & Restaurant excels in atmosphere, it would greatly benefit from addressing these issues. Expanding parking facilities, managing crowd flow, and ensuring better food quantity could significantly enhance the overall...

I went with family MRA Restaurant and bakery pazhayagandi last month 17 th Aug 2023, Actually we was travelling to mookambika by road, but on the way we noticed the place was very crowded, Decided to take food from there, Food was average,coz we took veg food, very less choice in veg,but service was excellent and very good welcoming front desk the persons who are standing there, after that we went bakery just near to restaurant, was very happy we took something snacks and cakes, but it was good, the next day we went again to the same restaurant only because of their service also went to bakery, we bought their famous Burki(like type ofmuruku), in the packet they showed expiry date on 13 th aug 2023,but when we came to house at eranakulam, the next day packet open and had one piece Burki, but our unluck, it was spoiled.. Am very disappointed, really... Am so unhappy with that, kid's doesn't know the seriousness of the spoil food, but God's grace they Dint have the snacks, me only had.. But it was spoiled....
