Dear Domino's,
I have order 2 pizzas from the chichpada store from zomato app, in the application it was showing that delivery will be managed by Domino's rider only I have waited more than 1 hour for my order.
Since I was unable to reach the restaurant i got Domino's customer care support no from Google. I raised my concern on that and after few minutes while i was rasing concern... I got phone call from restaurant and they said there are some staff problms due to which order delayed.
They have called me after an 1.15hrs still they have not processed my order. The staff who's on that call told me I need to cancel the order and they will give me full refund.
Next i waited for 30 min more for my order but have not received any communication from them.
At last moment I called restaurant and told please cancel my order. She has not canceled yet it was 1.45hrs passed i reached to zomato care support i explain my concern to them they immediately canceled the order and gave me refund.
Domino's served is poor i will always rate Domino's to 1 star poor rating staff is poor delivery is poor.

She sent me a link on which I paid the money and then after some time she sent me another link saying to discard the initial one. I had already paid the money and showed her the transaction id which clearly stated the money was received by Dominos. But she was confused and refused to accept it. She told me I'll get my money back within 7 days.
Then another staff came and told her in front of us that link was not to be used. My friend had to then pay the bill again. And I have to now constantly monitor my bank statement to check if I've received the refund. All this inconvenience was caused soley because the staff isn't aware how to receive the payment.
Being said that, the staff wasn't rude but was nice and was clearly confused. Maybe she was new that's why.. I hope they take this as a constructive feedback and improve the overall experience for the customer. The food was...

I am writing to report a missing item from my recent order. On September 12, 2025, I placed an order with order number 100 through the Domino's app from your outlet. I received the delivery on time, but the Cheesy Dip was missing from my order.
I contacted the delivery person, who informed me that he received the order in a packed condition and advised me to register a complaint through the app. However, there was no such option available, only the option to call the delivery person, which I did. I asked him to call your store to report the situation, but he stated he was newly joined and unable to help. He then disconnected the call without providing a solution.
As of now, I have not received any call from the outlet management regarding this issue. I am very disappointed with the service I have received.
