Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was subpar. We placed our order, which included a few specific items, but after waiting for a long time, we realized that some of the dishes were missing. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of apologizing or checking with the kitchen, they flatly blamed us and insisted that we never ordered those items in the first place.

What made the situation worse was the attitude of the owner, who was present at the restaurant. We tried to calmly explain the issue, hoping for a resolution, but he showed complete disinterest. His response was shocking – “I am the owner, how can you expect me to come to the table?” This kind of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.

This family restaurant is situated at Dombivli Badlapur highway which is well known as pipeline road at khoni junction, near Lodha palawa. This restaurant is always crowded with decent people. It starts everyday from morning 07:00am to 12:00 midnight. Following facilities are there ,
