Ramdev sweets and Snacks — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This is my second review about this place. First of all coming from the hospitality and customer service industry, I'd say bad customer service. We clearly ordered of a certain number of items which were explained to them clearly multiple times and also to the cashier while picking the coupon and gave them ample of time to get the products ready assuring them that we were fine with even waiting for an hour for it. All we wanted was that the stuff. Was hot. Finally after a 30 minute wait we recived one entire item short and the packing was shoddy and half hearted as the foil which is used to keep the stuff hot was not even covering the entire stuff so it's didn't make any point. This we realised after reaching home and unpacking the stuff. We walked all the way back because anyway by the time I reached home the hit was cold and while I walked back the cold was colder cus mind you the weather isn't hot and it's raining too. I show them their fault and ask them what the order was, The person on the other end of the counter was not just unapologetic which is okay but also irresponsible and raised his hands up not owning up any of it and conveniently passed the buck saying the chap who you order to isn't there where in I was in my senses and just to not wanting to create a scene don't proceed with further because I placed the order and I know to whom. He was like was being offered a favour by getting stuff from there. The least you can do is own up and have the courtesy to be kind to someone who is spending his time and money to buy from you. I won't get to the pint of where he gets paid from. This is the second time I have faced harsh behaviour from this place though there are a couple of people who are great. They need to realize that they donot monopolize LSG anymore because there another place just like them which is new and ahead of Jumbo King, they have a better way of dealing with their customer, are kind and hospitable. I ordered misal pav INR 40 and the pav they gave was old and eat by mouse already which was clearly visible i bring that to the notice to a person's who was serving and he agreed and he told i will change it but after knowing this fact i was not willing to eat and asked for refund but the kids sitting at cash counter was in argument...not recommended horrible experience also if you see at your first visit the ppl working in kitchen or at food counter look like they never took bath from many days ..you will surely run away...i wonder how PCMA allow such vendor inside palava to run business....yuck one more it has nothing to do with ramdev baba it's just ramdev sweet who will mk ppl sick...
