La Pinoz Pizza Kalyan — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

La Pino’z Pizza has always been one of my favorite spots for a casual hangout, especially when visiting with a big group. Their Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer on medium and large pizzas makes it an incredibly budget-friendly option. The atmosphere is lively, and the large seating area is perfect for group gatherings. One of the most exciting things about La Pino’z is their massive pizzas — they offer sizes big enough to serve 8 or even 12 people, which adds a fun, shareable element to the dining experience.

I used to be a regular visitor to this particular branch, and it never disappointed me. Their Margherita slice, in particular, was a go-to favorite — it was generously topped with mozzarella cheese, and the gooey cheese pull made it an indulgent treat.

However, my recent visit after a few months left me quite disappointed. I ordered the Margherita slice again, expecting the same quality, but what arrived was bland and underwhelming. It had hardly any cheese, and instead of the creamy mozzarella, there was just some cheese sauce spread on top, which lacked both texture and flavor. It felt like a major downgrade from what they used to serve.

While La Pino’z still scores high on value and group-friendly portions, the dip in quality — especially for something as classic as a Margherita — was disheartening. I hope they return to their earlier standards soon because the place truly...

Third class service.. I placed order waited for an hour and then my order got cancelled and amount is not refunded. Executive kusum was there who simply disconnected our call when we asked for status. She is too rude hence when asked to transfer cll to manager she again disconnected call. Will never again order from here. Worst experience ever. This Is reason why la pinoz is not growing at speed of Domino's. Though taste is good but they can never match delivery time and services of other brand. Even manager is extremely rude who said it's not their fault if order is delayed and simply mentioned if you think dominos is better then order from there because there is no comparison of dominos and la pinoz which is 1000% correct. How such cheap 3rd class la pinoz which is just trying to be brand without any customer service and with so much of arrogance can be compared with great brand like dominoz which is such a grown brand still has best customer service.

Recommendation:- if you order from this brand make sure they will treat you like they are giving this for free. Though it is Indian brand they don't believe in customer is king where as other brands do and are growing. Order only if you want to be...

Zero Stars(had to put 1 star for posting this review) for this Pizza brand. Never trust them especially when u have guests at home! Ordered Pizza on 07.09.2021 at 19.30. They assured delivery in 30-35 minutes but the pizza was delivered after 1.5 hrs. All this even after informing them that I have guests at Home right at the time of order and calling them again multiple times for order status.

Finally after keeping the guests waiting for so long, PIZZA turns out to be absolutely pathetic. had Ordered Spanish Sizzles and Paneer Tikka Butter masala Medium pizzas. After spending more than Rs.900/- shocking to find hardly 1 or 2 pueces of Paneer and Chicken on each slices.

After complaing about this to the store, they said you should have taken a pic. As if I will tell my guests please don't eat this Pizza, let me take a pic.
