Creamerry - Burgers & more — Restaurant in Kannur

I am sitting at this cafe as I type this review. It's an extremely small cafe if you look at the seating capacity. The chairs are stylish but uncomfortable to be on. The place is well lit and ventilated but still felt stuffy.The ambience is bordering just ok with light music playing in the background and the constant sound of a mop cleaning the floor right next to you almost all the time.

About the service, there seemed to be a lack of interest in taking my order as I had to call and ask after 20 minutes of waiting. They do not serve water and will need you to buy a bottle if you need it. There are only 2 people serving food out of which, only one takes the order. It's pretty evident that they are understaffed. If you are in a hurry, or do not like to wait a lot, skip this place.

The food is good though, surprisingly. After all the letdowns from the start, I didn't have much hopes on it, but it was tasty and fresh.

Final verdict: A congested shop with really slow service, questionable hygiene and decent food. Would I return again?...

To begin with, their ambience and the color theme is what attracts most people. It looks very stylish and has a European touch to its building. They have 2 floors. The ground floor and 1st floor. The inside is very cozy and looks really good. They have stylish chairs which cannot be moved easily. There is a separate wash area behind cash counter which is far away from seating area. Ordered chicken sausage pizza. They informed beforehand that it'd take around 30 min to prepare. It was hot and spicy. I din't like how the cheese tasted. It tasted more like a rubber. Ridiculous experience .guys don’t even think of visiting this place . A BIG NO to this little piece of unhygienic uncomfortable place . From the chairs to the person who handles this place has no interest / basic moral values in how to deal with the customers .. waited for half n hour jus to get a single scoop of ice cream (vanilla ) . That too presented with their hair strand on the plate . Mentioned the so called owner that I din get water to drink and the response was full of attitude with a ‘so wat’ kind of smile n he wasn’t bothered to give me a bottle of water.
