I had high hopes for this place, but my experience was beyond disappointing. To start, the service was painfully slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. It took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive.

When the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared. I ordered the burger and it was completely inedible—overcooked, bland, and looked nothing like the photos on their menu. To make matters worse, the dish had a strange, off-putting smell, which made me question the freshness of the ingredients.
