Domino's Pizza | South X Mall, Kanpur — Restaurant in Kanpur

Today I am going to share my experience with Domino's Pizza. Very bad Service, pathetic and delay service and staff attitude is so bad. I ordered some food at 8.22pm and I paid by Paytm but I received the order at near 8.58,so I informed to delivery boy that it is little delay.he said that "To kya ho gya". When I asked manager number he said that apne order online kiya h unse hi baat karo. Mere pass number nhi h. When I requested for outlet number he gave me but line is busy than I called customer care number. He transfer my call to outlet manager.Manager said that delivery boy ka Naam kya tha aur main Apko 10 min me call karta hu. But now it's 12.00 midnight but no response from the Manager. "Pizza is not up to the mark" quality of food is going down 👇. There were careless and were not worried or bothered about the issues we were facing.

I would strong avoid this place as you go to a restaurant for a nice meal and good service, you get nothing of that sort here.

Very bad experience, not expected from Dominos.. I hope the management reads this review and takes some action. So from now on, No...

Domino's Kidwai Nagar South - X Mall- An Epic Pizza Fail!

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Domino's Kidwai Nagar (Kanpur South X) and it was an absolute disaster. "Pathetic" doesn't even begin to describe the pizza I received. It was like they hired a toddler to assemble it! The crust was an abomination - half-cooked and doughy, with massive, bread-like corners that could have doubled as doorstops. The sauce situation was even worse. It seemed like someone had just plopped a giant spoonful in the middle and called it a day. Forget about even distribution, this was a sauce landslide! Honestly, it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever encountered. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Save your money and your tastebuds – avoid Domino's Kidwai Nagar South x mall at all costs! (I have attached photographic evidence of this culinary crime!)

this delivery on train service is trash like i ordered my food 3hrs before i was about to reach kanpur and train was there train hault was before 10 mins but it stayed for around 30mins still this place didn't deliver my pizza i was waiting with my whole family we were expecting to get good pizza because it's 23:25 in night and we ordered pizza because we didn't wanted to wat trains food but this place didn't deliver my order so me and my whole family is now suffering because of them like they didn't even care to contact us that's what made me this furious i am legit very hungry and angry at this moment and plus seeing my family going to sleep without eating hurts me more this is just not acceptable and i hate dominos for doing this. Domino's please reach out to me i wanna talk to you people for doing this very unacceptable thing to me...
