KFC — Restaurant in Kanpur

Place is quite fine and well maintained but the quality of the food is an issues. I visited this place thrice to know this is by mistake or happens everytime. And sorry to say but this is not the quality of food you expect from this big brand. Breads are not fresh enough and chicken crust is bit soggy and not cooked properly. Crust of chicken is not crispy at all. Service is good enough but the brand is famous for its fried chicken which lack in this outlet. KFC Z square is far better than this one. Three star for cleanliness and services but deducted two star for food it self. Taste is good but not the texture. We tried the white meat strips bucket on offer for 300 rupees for 12 pcs + 3 dips.We also ordered two burger combos severed with fries and pepsi.All was serered on a tray.As American , I'm use to real american portions.Fries and Pepsi were too small portions, not even enough for a kid.French fries and white meat strips were not cooked fully , too soft and not crispy.Burgers we ordered with cheese.The cheese was missing and the bun was too soft.On complaining , cheese was giving to us.I personally will not return back.For all of this self service food we paid appoxi.1000 rupees for two.Not...

I ordered chicken popcorn as I always love....... Also requested Mr Shivam to pack it only if hot and crispy to which he assured we parcel and pack the freshest hot chicken...which I believed and took the packet to my car .. but as soon as I opened it for my daughter..I found it cold and sauggy.. I returned back to the restaurant and complained and in return of serving me fresh hot and crispy popcorn the Manager Mr Gautam returned my money instead of serving fresh cooked chicken.......didn't even apologise......
