Hotel Solitaire Inn - Best Hotel — Hotel in Kanpur

This hotel is worst to stay in kanpur. Mainly the guy at reception. He treats u as bad as u may have never thought. Whatever u ask him, he will straight away deny, there is no sense of welcoming guest or simple cooperation. We as family booked 2 executive room which is worst as a 1 star hotel . Washrooms were pathetic. Water faucet was not working cleaniness is very bad. The telephone does not work. Bedsheet was dirty. I asked reception guy to change it, he denied nad said we dont change it. I asked him for check in at 10am as we reached there little early, he denied although there were rooms available in the hotel. He let us take only 1 room instead of two with extra amount (more than 50% of booking amount, just for 2 hours) for 1 room. Although we managed 4 people in 1 room because we had to leave. The sweeper guy when came to repair toilet left with dirty scars of his sleeper all over the room. When i asked to clean it, the same was also denied by reception guy. But support staff were little gentle so they did a quick 1 minute cleaning after a wait of 1 hour. Further, don't fall in trap of high contrast/bright images of fab hotels. The reality is very different than as shown in pictures. But other fab hotels are not as bad as this was this stay was more pathetic because...

Worst hotal of my life, never stayed at a hotel where all staff is gunada and mawali, and you can't do anything about it because this hotel if not affiliated with any app not oyo not mmt. Once you pay the price, you won't get any facility. The property manager called me in The middle of the night With scolding tone and said to pay 1000 rs just now or check out from the hotel, I asked what for, he said you had visiters at noon time so you have to pay or check out. I already asked about visiters while checking in, then receptionist said visiters can stay before 10 pm not after that. I had visiter only for half an hour in middle of the day. Worst stay ever in my life. Breakfast was not provided at 7:30 am as we were told that breakfast will be ready only after 8 :30 am Room were very small, damaged switches. Hand wash soap was very poor quality and was not kept at proper place. Rude and lazy staff. Hotel checkout time was 11 am, I requested for check out at 12 noon but the staff completely denied to adjust even for one hour and told choir to be done sharp 11 am. Room entrance locks not working properly. When I informed staff that I will put a complaint review the reception staff told what will happen by making complaint. Overall a bad experience.
