Ordered from *Tunday Kabi (Naveen Market Branch)* - 1 Mutton Kabab Combo (with 2 Paratha), Half Plate Chicken Biryani, 4 Roomali Rotis and got it Packed. While taking the Order , I almost peeped inside and they said everything is inside, don't worry. The main Owner was not there, the person sitting there on the Counter told he is brother of the Owner. At home I found 2 Parathas Short and I called up 7 to 8 times. No one received the call. What sort of Customer Service is that. In Half plate Chicken Biryani, 2 Chicken pieces were so small that I got embarrassed of ordering it from there. Smallest Chicken Pieces in Biryani I ever had it in my 38 years of age. I am one of those who started having Chicken Biryani in 1998 from Hot Lips, Energy Stores at Rs 22, Makhan Singh Biryani at Rs 25.

My ultimate recommendation is to stick to the kebabs and rumali roti, with my personal favorites being the Galouti kebab and the roti. When it comes to these dishes, Tunday Kebabi achieves culinary perfection, making every visit a heavenly experience. Skip everything else on the menu!

I don't know why this happens to me that whenever I crave for some kebabs, instantly Tunday Kababi comes to my mind, and we Kanpurites are so fortunate that we have 3 branches here. Their tastes just travelled all the way from Awadh to Cawnpore. There's no point reviewing them I had their kababs and Paratha so many times and they never disappoint me. I visited all the branches in Kanpur and their main branch in Aminabad, Lucknow

Absolute scam of a place, went to eat there with my friends who were visiting kanpur for the first time, first the owner told they didn’t have UPI payments, we were short on cash so ordered food within our money when they served suspiciously more food we confirmed to be sure wether it was what we ordered or not and they agreed it was exactly how much we ordered then when we done eating they said they served 1 portion extra and we needed to pay for that too, we weren’t in the state to argue as we were exhausted from travelling the entire day and had to pay, out of the blue that guy had Google Pay and said “Cash nhi to upi...

This was one of the worst orders I have ever received. I ordered biryani, kebab paratha, Coke, and raita. The Coke was missing but I was still charged for it. They also charged ₹30 extra for raita and gave a watery packet that is usually free everywhere.

On top of that, the food was not packed properly at all – just placed in thin plastic bags without proper containers. To make it worse, I didn’t even get a proper bill, only a hand-written slip.

This is not just bad service, it feels like a scam. Totally unprofessional, unhygienic, and dishonest. I will never order from here again and strongly warn others...
