Baba jaan — Restaurant in Kanpur

I heard a lot about this restaurant, so recently i went there to explore their food ( especially non-veg ), and i was pretty much happy about their food, services and staff members. Everything was cooked nicely and fresh. Quantity was also enough as per the price. So, i ordered :-

Roasted creame chicken = INR 190 Half ( 4 big pcs ) The marination and roasting was done with full perfection. Even the smoky flavor could easily be gustated but i think that creame was not of good quality because it was sour, not too much but could be felt. So, maybe the owners should keep an eye on the quality of cream being used.

Chicken Roghan Josh = INR 180 Quarter ( 3 pcs ) I really liked this. This dish fulfills all the criteria of being roghan josh. It had that spicyness, tangy flavor, aroma. Everything was into it.

Galawati Kabab = INR 80 ( 100gm ) Paratha Desi Ghee = INR 30 It was a keema type of tawa kabab. Really flavorful and very soft. The paratha was not at all stretchy, it had a flaky texture to it. And their combination was just lit

Kanpuriya Chicken Biryani = INR 90 ( Half ) No complaints about this as well. Not the best biryanis but was good enough. Highly satisfied.

Rumali roti = INR 6 Neither overly cooked nor undercooked. Simple yet perfect enough.

It is located behind the kanpur's famous sanjay book stall and pared market. Or uh can say tht it is situated in the main market just 100-150 mtr away from bada chauraha and z square and pared chauraha. The food here is very tasty and mouth watering. You'll all love here eating. Food here is of best quality and good quantity in affordable prices. Here you can get both veg and non veg but baba jaan's special are non veg items. Kadhai chicken Butter chicken Roasted chicken Hyderabadi chicken Chicken tandoori Chicken biryani Kewab paratha Raita Phirni And much more food items are available They also do home deliveries at door step. this place was recommended by my frnds nd believe me this is the best outlet i find in kanpur in these rates. they are giving their 100% in their dishes i ordered chiken tikka biryani which is full of flavours nd chicken was so juicy nd texture is damn good , nd my second dish was aghani chicken barra which is creamy juicy nd mouth watering. trust me this is the place where uh spend ur evry weekend if uh r non veg lover. just one thing I wnt to mention tht the staff served us empty plates before the dishes which was not professional apart of that everything was perfect. babajan is now my...
