Editing the review after my second visit. All that i had mentioned in the earlier review were rectified, got nice hospitality and service . Staff though they are from north they have learnt to serve food in south style..
I appreciate the effort.
Food is really good, no issues about the taste. But Very bad service experience... They failed to serve us properly. Just finished lunch in this hotel, these were the issues we faced As soon as we entered we ourself searched for a table and sat there. We were not offered water which is the basic step the hotels follow. We had to ask for water several times after we started eating. No one gave us menu nor they came to collect order. Directly they started serving us asking veg or non veg After serving rice and other sides we had to wait for sambar, rasam , papad and other things forever. We had to eat rice with the sides given as we and our child was very hungry. Finally, there comes sambar, rasam, papad, curd, sweet. We asked for sugar for our child guess what we had to ask it twice.. When spoken with manager he said sorry we were busy so easily. What business is there in a hotel other than serving customers food? Or do they judge people based on their looks and serve them..? Very shameful act by the restaurant staff. And so easy answers that they were busy with attitude as if we are there to waste their time.. Please avoid this restaurant if you are too hungry or have kids with you. Because this is what I faced . Discussed this with one of my friend , they said they also faced the same. The hotel comes from house of RRR and this kind of act will definitely spoil...

We have previously visited the other 2 near Gandhi Circle and both served us better food with much better Service and Ambiance.
Let me elaborate.. Being in the area and stomach growling went to the restaurant with a lot of expectations.
It being Sunday was swarmed with hungry foodies. We enrolled our names and waited to be seated.
Got our seats in 10mins. Order was taken by a very sweet person from Northeast parts of India. Sorry for describing him as this but I forgot to ask for his name. I wanted to mention him because we were impressed with his Kannada. Pretty fluent..
Rest of our experience was relatively bad.. we had to ask to be served almost each item rather than they observing our table to check on our needs.
Then we were swarmed with crowd from 2 busses and their behaviour was so bad. Like people do in public buses putting handkerchief to book their seats. They started pushing their way through to the tables not caring about the people already eating.
While this was not directly restaurants fault it was poor management by the staff. We left earlier than we wanted to. Other reason was poor taste of the food items in the meal.
As we were obviously disappointed with our experience we made sure to inform the staff managing the crowd about the failure to control the weekend rush. They didn't seem to care much.
The table cleaning staff were surprised with our inability to finish the food on the plate, actually the banana leaf. We told them about our disappointment with taste and they only confirmed our observations about the same. Obviously they knew about it...
Read moreA new restaurant, tastes good, similar to the main branch. Have been there thrice will go there again. But.... Some important points to improve. Serve luke warm biryani. We had to send back. To feel the cooled down fat and oil on the tongue is bad food and service. Train the staff to be sensitive about the food. The overtly eager waiting staff are more of a disturbance, than service if they keep walking & looking, 1feet away from the table while we are eating. Staring eyes are always uncomfortable. Hospitality has to be trained. 4guys, 2 women. Walking around the already crowded place. In between the cleaning staff has to move in. They are humble.. But, the timing is bad.
When crowd is heavy please, get someone to seat the guests as they come in. We had to return a group of 4. It was like the public bus, just people standing next to table, jump and sit. Don't expect Decency from public, it flies away even if there wealth.
Please set the culture of queue and order in your restaurant. Feels like disorderly chaotic place. Not a...
