Special mention to some of the below chefs: Sous Chef Deepu Joseph (Aromas) who made sure to greet us during every meal and ensure our comfort. His passion towards food and wellbeing of the customer is much appreciated. He assisted us numerous times and even specially prepared dishes (Fish fry in Banana Leaf) not part of the buffet. Chef Santosh Upreti’s Schezwan Fried rice and his Momo Cooking class was fun and interesting. 3.Chef Abhay Kumar's Mutton Rogan Josh was lip smacking and delicious. During one of the 'Fun Cooking' sessions, Chef Amala Doss cooked and explained his Akki Roti and Bamboo Shoot curry beautifully. His Green Moong Dal Chutney was something new and note-worthy. Chef Ramesh's Exotic vegetables in coriander and basil sauce and his Pork Pepper Fry were delicious and lip-smacking.

Aromas is a section inside Club Mahindra that serves buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The place is huge and can accommodate large number of people inside and outside the restaurant. Prices can be too high if you are opting for buffet at the venue , so it is better to make sure you book the CM with breakfast, lunch or dinner as per your choice as that will be economical.

Variety is good for all the dishes served from them which is great. Every day they have got options for guests to come and prepare certain dishes with their cook.
