Benjamin Live Music Cafe — Restaurant in Karnataka

Visited Benjamin cafe after reading the review and ratings but experience was not so good.

NO proper Washroom*

Was given a place where there was no fan. Table fan was not effective.

Too many flies where there so while eating food with one hand you have to eat and other remove the flies.

Food was Ok. Quantity is less.

They dont have any experience of handling more number of people in the restaurant. They will focus on larger group

It took them 20 mins to give us the bill.

While paying they didnt returned the balance stating that they have already given.

I guess they need to be focused and provide better service. If larger group shows up doesnt mean you neglect smaller groups.

Also while payment be focused on how much money you are taking and giving not on orders. One job at a time...

Most tasty n cost effective authentic homemade Indian food can be got here. Mrs Esther cooks yummy Andhra food. Served hot with lot of love. Please note menu is not elaborate. What u get here is fixed. Afternoon would be lunch. Breakfast u get idly n dosas. She served us hot chapathis , Andhra pappy, chuntey and sabji.
