Dear Ibrahim, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at ‘Pearl Big Chicken Restaurant’, Bannimantap, Mysore. on 14th Oct’21. I took my family at evening for dinner, on second year birthday vacation of my daughter ANFA, and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. Your concierge, Ibrahim, was able to provide us extremely thrilled for the warm welcome and amazing hospitality. The catering was excellent. The decorations were attractive but not overdone, arranged birthday party room beautifully with perfect balloon decor and displayed baby’s name nicely. We were deeply touched by your warmth and hospitality during our visit. We had one of the most beautiful memories and can’t wait to spend our next vacation with you again. You’re amazing, enhanced our experience by enjoying birthday party. The food was scrumptious, we all enjoyed the dinner at night. I am amazed at the number of dishes we ordered, and they were all so wonderful. The grilled chicken my favorite!

Many compliments were received after the event.

Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including Ibrahim. We have already decided to return to Hotel for our next visit or any other events in our family.

Given 1 star as there is no option lower than this, The worst service ever, the worst food quality I ever been. Firstly no minimum hospitality to give water, we are 4 people went and sat, after long time wait no one came to the table, so we call'd them multiple times to take the order, they came after 10 mins, They were no glass on the table for water, we ask them for the glass they provided paper glass, after taken the order waited for half an hour to get the food still we were fine. They just keep the item on the table and left. As we ordered chicken lollipop and Biryani. As biryani was not fresh and no taste, we just started having rice in it, and Chicken lolipop was spoiled and stinking so badly wen we call'd and said to the waiter, he was like its ajinamoto's smell chicken is good. Very bad attitude person with the overall conversation. We call'd the manager he said it's a smell of oil. We said then the oil is spoiled, no answer from him. When asked again due to this is if we got food poisoning who ll be responsible, no answer from the manager.

We just came out leaving the half of the ordered food but paid the bill. We faced stomach upset and took some medication on the way.

Disgusting need to seize these kind of restaurants, atleast minimum hygiene and quality of food should be mandatory.

Those who have a concern about the personal health, don't even think to go there. Such inefficient place it is.

No even a single positive point I can able to pin down about this...

Today 25th August 2024 I ordered 3 kids crunch burger along side popcorn chicken I went in morning to get it and the bill was 620! Luckily I asked and he literally said sorry by mistake and gave my change back then later the bill was 420! I was like ok fine and payed it then later when I opened my order I have 5 burgers with popcorn chicken so technically 2 extra burgers I felt ok fine maybe by mistake and all I returned it and said if it was 5 burgers then maybe you added it to the bill decrease the bill he said no.. the bill is right and said burgers are 80 rupees and popcorn chicken is 180 I was like ok fine but the menu says it’s less then he said it’s a new menu bill I was like ok fine when I came home and check it SAID ON THE MENU THAT A KIDS CRUNCH IS 60 AND CHICKEN IS 110 AND THERE WAS LITERALLY NO NEW MENU , literally scam! Ok fine keep the money but remember this karma will return!!!!! Very bad service to the cashier! I loved this place a lot but after this I don’t think so I would ever visit here again! Sorry but tooo...
