We have ordered a full portion of alfaham as starter.. The remaining has to order as follow. But the waiter guy says they couldn't provide any dip for this dish either order any type of gravy items or pay extra money for the dip. The roti was very hard. So we decided to order some gravy item as chicken kadai. Then they are ready to provide garlic dip as complimentry. We didn't thing about had all food with the dip. At least they have to provide a simple portion of dip to continue with starter.

Also they didn't provide an extra plate and glass for our kid. They served the food at corner of table and left from the premises. They are not willig to place the dishes at yhe centre of the table as well as serve to each plates..

The food was awesome...

But the service is pathetic.. The waiter guy couldn't know how to treat customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We had lunch at this place at 2 PM on 28th Dec (we were on a trip to Mysore for four days). The mixed veg curry, especially potato pieces in it tasted stale. Veg and chicken noodles tasted fine though oily. But got food poisoning soon after this.

My kid started throwing up in the night around 1 AM, followed by parents around 2 AM. We had only idlis for breakfast on that day, and had only fruits for dinner, thus completely sure that it was caused by this lunch. Kid had diarrhoea also the next day, and the whole day we had to take rest in the hotel room.

Not sure if they are following any hygiene standards at all in the kitchen. Never coming back here again.

Sad that there is no option to rate Zero...

We had visited here for dinner on a Sunday at about 10 pm.

While we were travelling from ooty to bangalore wanted to finish dinner in mysore..

they had no dishes to serve other than roti and curries.

Literally these guys made us sir for 2 hrs in the restaurant.

This wasn't done for us alone most of the people who arrived at that time had to face this.

Infact many had to leave the restaurant due to their improper behavior.

There were no one to complaint even, the manager was missing for abt 30 mins, only 2 were taming orders and serving for entire restaurant with about 50 odd people waiting to be served.
