Title: Terrible Experience – Slow Service and Rude Staff (Visited on Friday night, August 4)

I recently visited this cafe on a Friday night, August 4, and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a simple hot chocolate, and it took a whopping hour to be served. The slow service alone would have been frustrating, but what made matters worse was the rude behavior of the staff when I inquired about the delay.

The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff was astonishing. When I politely asked how much longer it would take to receive my order, their response was shockingly rude and dismissive. It's disheartening to encounter such unhelpful behavior in a place that is supposed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Had I not pre-paid for my order, I would have undoubtedly left the cafe without waiting any longer. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to endure the bad service and wait for my order to finally arrive. The overall experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and with no desire to return.

I hope the management takes this review seriously and addresses the issues at hand. No customer should have to deal with such a combination of slow service and disrespectful treatment. Until I see improvements in both the service and staff behavior, I cannot recommend this cafe to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable...

It was my first visit in black sugar, actually today afternoon we were visit so sun light so hot too much.... And we reached there, we order.....

So best u want to order is mojito.... Like.... But 230 my money waste. This place mainly for pic capture, nice environment and vibe also... Calm... Place.... When am visit that time calm no one there... We 3 only so.... It.... So if u planned to visit here come in evening only.... Then only here other shops, children park will be open..... If u cum in morning and afternoon so wasting ur time..... Only black sugar is only opened... Not open street walk..... Actually today's awfull day for me becz of heavy sun light and less number of shop...., so plzz cum better in evening to night so colourfull night light arraignment are there.... If u planned to cum only for.. Pic capture then I will choose...

I really love the place, and have kept visiting since the I learnt about it. I would rate the food 3 stars as there are no much variety and the taste of which needs lot of work and the ambience 5 stars as the entire set up is so good for midnight cravings. The only most annoying thing I experienced was the music, it’s loud, trust me, it is. I hate English songs ( that’s my liking and I don’t care even if they play them), I only have problem with the volume at which they are played. People come here at midnight to have a peaceful and cosy night, with some good food. The loud music doesn’t even let you hear ur partner’s voice, it’s that loud. The choice of songs is also terrible, feels like u r in a pub. Please play some good music with low volume. Thank you
