BILLING SCAM I recently visited Bounjor Pub with my colleagues on a corporate discount, hoping for an enjoyable evening. However, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the billing scam experience. There were a couple of issues that significantly impacted our visit. Firstly, the communication regarding welcome drink was unclear and misleading. We were under the impression that the welcome drink would be served as complimentary but they have charged for it and the tower calculations on the drinks isn’t matching. This miscommunication resulted in an unexpected additional cost at the end of the night. Secondly, the billing process at Bounjor Pub left much to be desired. We encountered what appeared to be a billing scam, with irrelevant charges appearing on the final bill. It seemed as though the pub was attempting to inflate the total amount by adding items that were not ordered or consumed by our group. This was highly disappointing and left us feeling taken advantage of. It is essential for establishments to prioritize clear communication and transparent billing practices. Unfortunately, Bounjor Pub fell short in these aspects, which significantly impacted our experience. I urge others to exercise caution when visiting this establishment and to thoroughly review their bills before making any payments. While the ambiance and service were satisfactory, DJ was good the issues surrounding communication and billing overshadowed these positives. Bounjor Pub needs to address these concerns and implement better practices to regain the trust of its customers. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bounjor Pub. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to enhance customer satisfaction in the future.

Their billing is absolute scam…highly disappointed, 45 of us visited, since we were many in numbers they knew we dint keep order count, many unordered items were added to the bill, welcome drink which was mentioned as free was later billed as 12k, and total bill was 72k the discount of 15% what they gave they made sure to take it back this way by wrong billing and around 10 to 20% of total bill amount was wrongly billed…we go usually in large groups and estimated bills are usually around 35 to 40k for this pub price range DJ was truly good and food was decent too but later with this bill scam all the...

This feedback is not on food or drinks..situation is like this..yesterday went to this pub after doing booking...reached there at 7.30....asked staff ..if vat 69 is there..then he said sorry no...then he said signature malt is there..we said ok get it pls..he came back after 10 mins and told that also nt there....i asked bacardi ...he said not available...we then walked out .....not sure what pub is abt....sorry nt good exp.....bro pls do something ok.....i live in e city for 15 yrs....not great exp here as we walked out as...
